Background – Today Paul Kirch is known as an accomplished sales and sales management professional. In addition, he is an expert in the area of online research and has proven to be a big picture thinker throughout his career. Having helped hundreds of clients and professionals understand the when, why and how of online research, he has been a trusted resource for our industry since he first started championing this methodology, back in 2000. His career, however, began long before that , starting as a telephone interviewer for the world famous Gallup Organization. After 10 years of filling various operational roles where he was responsible for managing some of Gallup’s most high profile accounts, including AT&T, TCI Cable, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and many more, he left to pursue a career in sales and sales leadership. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a leader, strong communicator, trusted partner, consultant and friend to many.
