More than sales coaching, Kirch helps guide his clients to become self-sufficient.
An important quality of a great leader is the ability to recruit solid talent. A great example of this was the addition of Jay C. Gordon, Jr to the ActusMR team. Jay brings a vast knowledge of business management, formerly filling the role of General Manager of a multi-million dollar supplier organization for the marketing research industry. Jay has a broad understanding of all facets of business and has the ability to help companies identify areas of weakness or inefficiency and create solutions to maximize their capabilities.
